The Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park blossomed from the childhood dreams of its Founder and Director, Michael Johnson. Inspired by his vision, Michael yearned to create a haven where visitors could encounter the remarkable and extraordinary creatures that wander the Australian bush.

Every animal within the sanctuary has been meticulously selected to fulfill Michael’s lifelong mission of combating the rapid decline of animal species in Australia.
